No, this is not a hand made garment but nonetheless it is very well made and was a perfect fit for the person it was bought for.
The print i received was slighty more "orangy" than the yellow in the picture but nonetheless is bright, vibrant and stands out in the crowd.
If you want to make a statement then this item will definitely do that
