SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT OF 'IN STOCK' ITEMS

All items on our website are in stock and ready to ship unless clearly stated. If you have ordered an item that is no longer in stock, we will refund the item and ship what is in stock. We aim to dispatch Items in stock within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. However, if your item is located in a different warehouse it can take up to 7-10 working days. We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you; this is why we offer multiple shipping options as stated below:

All Shipping information provided is for guide purposes only. Laviye and our couriers do not provide guarantees of delivery dates or times. All delivery timescales are estimates and are approximate.

We work our Laviye socks off to try to meet all estimate delivery times but sometimes there may be delays due to events not within our control – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, force majeure events, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. 

We aim to meet delivery estimate times, but during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take longer. However, we will always work hard to keep these delays to a minimum.

Laviye cannot accept liability for any out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. We do not refund delivery fees.

Laviye cannot accept liability for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

SHIPMENT OF 'PRE-ORDER' ITEMS

Any item(s) on pre-order are clearly marked as 'pre-order' and require a 2-4 week processing time prior to dispatch. We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you; this is why we offer multiple shipping options as stated below:

• If your order contains a mixture of pre-ordered items and ‘ready to ship’ items, then your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item(s) become available.
• Where you'd like to order a mixture of items that are in-stock and on pre-order & you want the in-stock item(s) to ship immediately, place two separate orders – one for the ‘pre-ordered’ item(s) and another for the ‘ready to ship’ items.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Once an order is dispatched, full tracking details will be made available to you via text and/or email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel.
• Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into their home country.
• Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under $300 USD approx. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies and ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.
• As a special thank you to our customers, free delivery is applicable on all orders above $300 USD.
